By installing or using the FDat! Privacy Tool extension ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
FDat! is a free browser extension that provides ad blocking, tracker stripping, cookie banner rejection, WebRTC protection, and selective proxy routing for privacy purposes. We provide this service as-is, free of charge, out of a genuine belief in digital privacy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Specifically:
You use the Service entirely at your own risk. Frontier Dynamic Applied Technologies, its contributors, and operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from:
Users may submit sites for inclusion in the allowed list. Submissions promoting violence, racism, exploitation, or illegal content will be rejected. We reserve the right to remove any domain from the allowed list at our sole discretion.
The optional premium tier is funded by voluntary donations. Donations are non-refundable. Premium access lasts 30 days from confirmation and is provided as a thank-you gift to acknowledge your support. If payment infrastructure is unavailable, we cannot guarantee processing of donations. Premium features (faster speed, no ads) are provided on a best-effort basis.
We do not collect personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details. Because we use anonymous tokens, we cannot associate your usage with your identity, and therefore cannot respond to individual data access requests.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. We may also change these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Frontier Dynamic Applied Technologies be liable for any damages whatsoever arising from the use of this free Service. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Frontier Dynamic Applied Technologies from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the user's jurisdiction of residence. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the user's country of residence.
